Questions we're asked most.
How much does a wedding stage cost in Dubai?
Our signature stage setups start at AED 12,000 including florals, lighting, seating, delivery and removal. Smaller engagement setups begin around AED 4,500. Whatever we quote is the final number — there's no separate labour or transport charge added later.
Do you deliver and set everything up?
Yes. Our own team delivers, installs, styles and removes everything, and it's included in the price across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Abu Dhabi and Al Ain carry a small transport charge that we'll show you upfront.
How far ahead should I book?
For the busy season between October and March, six to eight weeks is comfortable. We hold our own stock, so shorter notice is often possible — message us and we'll check the same day.
Can you recreate a photo I've saved?
Usually, yes. Send it over on WhatsApp and we'll tell you plainly what we can match exactly, what we'd adjust for your venue, and what it would cost.
Can I rent individual pieces rather than a package?
Of course. Chairs, tables, arches, lighting, drapes, dance floors and sound can all be hired on their own. Tell us what you need and we'll price just those items.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
A coordinator stays on site through setup and stays reachable through the evening. We keep backup stock of chairs, linen and lighting at the warehouse for exactly this reason.
